The 2026 NERO Suit is a major update to our suit from the last 3 years. We kept the fit and the pro-level high density chamois that everyone loves, but we have completely overhauled the fabrics and the pocket layout based on your feedback.
We spent the second half of 2025 sampling and prototyping this version. It took six months of back and forth with the factory to get the fabric selection and panel layout right. It isn't a "budget" alternative to the big brands, it's a high performance suit that we built to be pretty much as fast, durable and comfortable as anything else on the market.
KEY FEATURES

Real World Storage: We moved to a three-pocket layout for better storage and removed the cargo pockets from the legs to keep the suit more aerodynamic.

Sugar Flask Pocket: There is an internal pocket located behind the neck. This is designed specifically to hold a sugar flask for fuelling.

Ribbed Sleeves: The sleeves now use a pro-level ribbed fabric to reduce drag.

Premium Blue Lycra: The legs use a softer, higher quality pre-dyed blue lycra. It feels better against the skin and the colour won't change even when the fabric is stretched.

WIND TUNNEL DATA
We tested this suit against the Rule 28 Neo Suit. The 2026 NERO is faster than the Rule 28 Neo with 3/4 length sleeves. It is only 4w to 5w slower than the Rule 28 Neo Suit & 'Aero Bra' combination at speeds of 50 and 60 kmh.
SIZING GUIDE
The fit is race-tight with slightly longer sleeves and legs and snug arm panels. It's intended to have you "squeeze" into it on the first wear.
If you are between sizes it's a better bet to go the larger size, especially if you have broader shoulders or a more muscular upper body.
